Joyce Riggleman has lived & worked in Petersburg, West Virginia for over 40 years. Coming from a military family, Joyce has had the opportunity to travel to many places, but says West Virginia is unmatched in its beauty. She is outgoing, friendly & strives to find the perfect property for her clients. Joyce is married to her high school sweetheart & has two grown sons & a spoiled bull dog named River Ann. She's ready to help you list, sale, or buy a home, business or property.

Kelli Riggleman resides in Petersburg, West Virginia with her husband Tyson, two children (Camden & Reyna) & their French bull dog, Bella. She has a passion for real estate & enjoys working closely with her clients to meet their specific real estate needs. Outside of Potomac River Properties, Kelli has worked as a dental hygenist for over 13 years. She also enjoys singing in the praise team at her local church.

PAUL GILBERT
Paul Gilbert lives in Moorefield, West Virginia with his wife Tammy. Paul started off in the Real Estate Business in 2004 specializing in Land Development. Paul also worked for Allegheny Wood Products since 1999 and was responsible for a portion of their International Sales Team as well as selling off the company’s Non-Strategic Assets. Paul is currently in the Real Estate Business full time and looks forward to helping folks achieve their dreams of owning a house or land in West Virginia.
